Kashif Mahmood is the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance.  He joined FAS in 2022.  Kashif has over 15 years of experience working in both Public and Private Accounting and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

As the SVP of Finance, Kashif provides strategic leadership to FAS’ operational and finance initiatives. He manages the firm’s core financial responsibilities which include financial reporting, strategic modeling, financial planning & analysis, and budgeting.  Kashif’s unique experience allows him to mentor staff across the company. He is also a key contributor to the company’s ongoing process improvements.

Prior to FAS, Kashif worked as a controller for multiple private equity-backed companies, in a variety of industries, including wealth management, and renewable energy.  In each of these roles, he was instrumental in the company’s growth initiatives, and leading business transformation.

Kashif holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Georgia.  He was raised in Atlanta and has strong ties to the community.  He and his family reside in North Atlanta.
