Deborah H. Williams

Deborah has over 28 years of student financial aid experience in two-year public institutions.

Her previous experience includes tenure at Piedmont Technical College in Greenwood, South Carolina as a financial aid counselor, Financial Aid Interim Director, Financial Aid Associate Director, Financial Aid Director and Banner Financial Aid Systems Manager.

Deborah is experienced with Ellucian (SunGard) Banner financial aid software system and the U.S. Department of Education’s suite of applications and website for administering Federal Student Aid.

Deborah served as SCASFAA’s treasurer elect 2013-2014 and as treasurer 2014-2015 and has been active on many of the association’s committees. She has made several presentations at SCASFAA over the years.

Deborah received her Bachelors of Science from Limestone College and Masters in Management from Southern Wesleyan University.
