Kylie Pruitt

Kylie Pruitt has over 22 years of student financial aid experience. As a consultant, she supports financial aid offices across the country. She provides Interim Staffing, Consulting, and Assessment services to improve business processes, strengthen compliance efforts and enhance student satisfaction.

Her experience includes working in a variety of 4-year private institutions. Kylie has served as an assistant director and director of financial aid. Most recently, Kylie served as Director of Student Financial Services at Trevecca University. In this position, she oversaw the operations of the areas of financial aid, student accounts, and cashiering services.

Kylie is experienced with several financial aid software systems, including Ellucian Colleague and College Board PowerFAIDS, along with the U.S. Department of Education’s suite of applications and website for administering Federal Student Aid. She has managed multiple software implementations. Her experience administering financial aid includes traditional students in standard academic year programs as well as non-traditional students enrolled in academic structures such as nonterm, nonstandard term, and modular-based programs.

Her professional memberships/affiliations include the Tennessee Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (TASFAA), Tennessee’s Independent Colleges and Universities Association (TICUA), the Southeast Education Users Group (SEDUG), and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). Kylie has also served for multiple years as a mentor with the Tennessee Promise program.
Kylie received a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University.
