Mark Delawar joined Financial Aid Services (FAS) in January 2025 as the Vice President of Operations, bringing over 30 years of expertise in management, client success, and operations.

His business acumen and analytical skills, combined with a team of financial aid industry experts, enable FAS to deliver unparalleled service and results. Mark collaborates closely with senior leaders, develops and coaches high-performing teams, and is deeply committed to the company’s mission, values, and goals.

Mark’s driving motivation is to ensure that everything functions as it should. He takes genuine pleasure in helping his colleagues, team, and company achieve their desired outcomes. Known for his discipline, structure, attention to detail, and conscientiousness, Mark consistently strives to stay on top of his responsibilities.

Before joining FAS, Mark held roles overseeing client success, operations, and business transformation at a major EdTech company. During his 18-year tenure, he played a pivotal role in scaling the business from approximately 350 employees to over 3,200.

Mark’s ability to manage operations demonstrates his versatility and talent, qualities he also exhibits in his personal life as an athlete, a musician, and— some would say a comedian.
